Sherry Ford, Dual L Transportation (Murfreesboro), P.O. Box 52, Lascassas, Tennessee and that I joined in to a closed agreement 9/28 for sale of an 8 year. Previous blue roan TWH gelding within the quantity of $4,500... His title is Blue Bayou and it has bright on his proper cornet group along with a “longer” mind. The mount was a “trade” mount obtained from Carey-Hughes, All Lit-Up Farms…valued at $6,500 per Carey... The initial mount I purchased from him attempted to dollar me off (avoid his plantation). Sherry did carry another mount for me personally which introduced her stability right down to $3,900. Even though developed reported Sherry was to pay for me $500 minim per month, beginning January and closing May she's just created one cost of $300 on March 10, making a stability of $3,600. I've comprehensive Facebook messages delivered to/from Sherry declaring she'd delivered checks, would deliver checks, forgot to deliver checks and delivered Paypal checks that returned. The agreement mentioned if she defaulted on cost, the mount was to be delivered to my home within thirty days by Dual L Transportation. On March 23rd, after I faced Sherry, she accepted that she OFFERED the mount to somebody she claims that's in California for Area Tests! She's a horse thief since she not just offered my mount without my authorization, but additionally held OUR cash! I had been informed Sherry really offered my mount soon after she selected him up from me on Sept. 29 and really discovered she attempted to market him also before she selected him up! Sherry Ford is just a cheat, liar, shady and wretched individual and that I don’t need her to make the most of other people! By July I've maintained a lawyer, as Sherry will not provide me $ and today she's disconnected her telephone! Don't use her and advise everyone you realize!!
