Cash Advance / "Law Firm" Scam

I obtained a note from the "lawyer" in California declaring I had a need to contact them regarding an essential legal issue. I named them-and originally they explained I'd a suit against me for $7000 but I really could solve it for $350. I told them I'd no idea what these were referring to and that I would need to observe anything written down regarding this. They explained they'd delivered me numerous emails plus they stated the e-mail could be from US Cash Loan. I called back and informed them used to do have no emails from their store (Crap, spam or anywhere).

So that they told me never mind, it's an error and hung-up on me. I called back about five times to request where did they get my data and just how may I follow-up with this further which man keeps showing me to not call-back and holding on me. Really rude also it truly didn't appear to be it had been any kind of skilled regulation company.

They did possess a large amount of my info therefore it makes me really anxious.
