Ripoff

I was contacted by phone about a 3000 dollar mastercard. 0% interest for 6 mths for only $279. They took the money from my acct. Via wire tranfer. I recieved their so called package without the application. After calling to complain numerious times and was informed that it was on its way I explained I wanted a refund. Their answer was this " I will submit your request to the refund dept. You will here from them within 48 hours". Never heard a word. I called back the told me to f& off (exact words) I contacted my bank and filed a stop payment and was credited the $279. Two weeks later its taken from my acct. Again because imperial benefits refused to reimberse my bank, which ultimatly screwed my acct. Up costing more money. Seeing that imperial benefits used their bank rether then a third party tranfer company to remove the funds my bank tells me they have no clue who they are. Imp. Benefits also told my bank this was for a vacation package that i had ordered (yea right). At this point I have filed numerous reports to the ftc and bbb noone is interested in doing anything untill it happens to alot of people. I explained to them that it has, look at consumer complaintss.com there are over 60 reports here alone about the same company and noone wants to be bothered with it. If it where me they would have charged me criminally. Noone cares until it happens to them. Maybe if enough people get ripped off our wonderful system will get involved. But i doubt it!
