They took 99.00 out of my account

I noticed an advertisement to get a iphone to bet on i believed it had been like ebay child exactly what a shock, they request my bank card number. I thought it had been since just in case i gained a bet I'd need to purchase it but no, they required 99.00 out-of my bill. I named them-and informed them I needed my cash back however they wouldn't provide it back. I believe they have to be turn off and designed to repay everyone cash plus intrest.
