It wasn't my exp., but my sister in-law left her phone in one of there branches today when she realized it she went rite back in to get it and it wasnt there. So, she then ask them to run the video footage and they told her they couldnt because its private property. But yet this is a person that has 5 open accounts at this bank. Thats ashame that a loyal customer is not protected before the criminal...
