Unauthorized credit card charges, nobody answers company phone

I am being charged on my credit card for charges I did not authorize. I have never used my credit card with your company. My bank has advised me to contact you to resolve this issue and find out who is doing this. They have also said I have to file a police report. I called your number at 650-543-7818 and could not reach anyone to talk to. Please respond. Thank you for your time.
