The Rigley Group DBA Loan Reduction Hero and Loan Forclosure Hero. Beware! This company can promise neither. This company makes you pay for an audit for your mortgage company, which takes time and delays actual loan modifacations! You can request this information yourself for free! Then after the audit, they charge you again to negotiate a loan reduction with your mortgage servicer. Once again this is something you can do youself for free! All of the employees are independant SALES PEOPLE. They aren"t attorneys or mortgage specialist! They pay to take a class for a pyrimind scheme. Once they finish the class they are on their own, with no support from the company!
But when you pay for this service, the money goes straight to The Rigley Group! You have to set up an ACH from your checking/savings account. The money is withdrawn without notice! They even took money out of someone's account while she was at her 4 year old furneral! Another client was thinking that this company was going to stop her forclosure until she returned home one day on was locked out! And they do not give refunds even when they haven't provided the service! And if you stop the ACH, they threaten to sue you for bouncing checks! Never set up ACH to anyone for loan modifaction or loan rescue scams! Especially The Rigley Group!
We attempted to contact the CCO, Darrell Rigley, and he never returned our calls and would email us after 10 pm. Shady! After we requested a refund for services not rendered as of July which we signed a contract in May, they sent us a certified letter threatening to sue us for bouncing checks because we stop the ACH!
We filed an complaints with the FTC. Http://ftc. Gov / they also have information on mortgage rescue scams.
They only people who can help you with your loan modification is your mortgage servicer.
