Stealing money

I've a paypower bank card with $261.00 onto it. They've a hang on the card for "at risk" behavior! Whatever! I applied it in a club in co last weekend subsequently got gasoline in sioux city this week. Today rejected. Named business. Was hungup on five times or they pretended they mightnot hear me. Then eventually got Anna who had been no aid. She moved me to her boss dennis who explained danger department might contact me in one to two business days. I stated this really is my cash - not really a credit line - which wasn't appropriate. He kept repeating herself. I expected for his exceptional and he explained he did not have one. Then stated he did, set me on-hold, returned and stated his boss might contact me in one to two business days. It had been run around after-run around. He declined to inform me who possesses his organization which it's merely cardholder providers. Would not tell me if it had been an organization, llc or what. Explained the chance division does not have phones or mail details and so I could not speak with them. They're TERRIBLE and TERRIBLE. Don't use. Still awaiting my cash to be launched. THUS angry.
