Rude, unprofessional lie

A Mr. Johnson called me from this agency, did not tell me who he was and started in about a $160.00 debt which I have previously paid money on. I started asking him questions as he inquired about my income and he got a major attitude with me told me if I wouldn't take care of my debt he would and hung up on me. I called back because I intended to take care of the situation and apparently i called him buddy and he stated I am not you buddy and if you wont handle your debt I will, and hung up on me again, never giving me a chance to make payment arrangements. He was very rude, unprofessional and gave me no opportunity to make arrangements to pay this debt. I would not want him collecting money for me, you wouldn't get much. He just hangs up on people
