Capital one I thought and truly believed that your commercials about great customer service were made up. That they were imagined by your marketing people. And honestly believed so since it took a month to receive your card. But today you redeemed yourself - I called and the chick was so amazingly patient, nice, and polite that i wanted to ask for her personal number for next time. I hate being put on hold for nonsense but she put me on hold to get on a calculator and actually figure things out. I love her so that must mean I love you.
