Was Hung Up On

After repeatedly calling the number provided by the Wood Law automated caller, I decided to search for another number and found one on-line. They proceeded to inform me that I owed on a Dr bill from a couple of years back and agreed to send me documentation of the services provided. (This was a good start.) I then said that they need to change the number provided on their automated caller and I was told that "I just work here and don't have anything to do with that." When I asked to be connected to a supervisor, I was hung up on.
