On 6/30 I'd positioned my purchase to get a PC. Kathleen had me complete a software type, and required extra bank claims, to confirm that I created enough cash for that purchase. Katheen explained that my pc could be shipped on Wedsday July 6th. On September the 6th I named and talked towards the records supervisor Rob, the shop to get a shipping period he'd no concept of my purchase and was rude, and hung-up the phone on me. I named the shop back, and talked with Daniel, I had been educated that Kathleen was active with clients. Daniel was kind enough to consider my telephone number along, and abandon it for Katheen, my initial revenue gent. Kathleen Never did return my phone. On September the 7th 2011 I named the shop again to discover when my purchase could be deliverd. A-kind telemarketer, from the title of Travis explained that my software hadn't been finished yet. I said okay. I subsequently questioned him easily might please keep in touch with Kathleen. He suggested that katheen was at lunchtime, and might have her phone me when she delivered. I was never called back. One hour 5 later I named again, talked with Katheen, and recommended to her that I'd prefer to stop my purchase. The unprofeesionalism only at that specific shop on east ave. Is undoubtedly the toughest I've actually incounterd, in my own two decades of customer support for nationwide, and Worldwide businesses. Michael Flores
