A debt validation letter was sent certified mail to NCO on April 13. No validation has been presented, but NCO continues to call and try to collect the alleged debt. This is a violation of Section 809 of the FDCPA. The actions of NCO are illegal and NCO should be put out of business. No wonder they are in the top ten of the worst collection agencies in the nation.
