When I first contacted Saxon about a modification we were not behind on are payment, we just wanted out of this crappie interest only loan, we have lived here 30yrs. We payed the place off once and owned it out right for about ten years, my husband had a brain aneurysm after he was having a hard time at work he is a millwright for 35yrs. Same employer! I rececived the paper work 6mo. Later Saoxn said we do not qualify but thats ok we have alot of mods. So more paper work months later, Saxon we haven't received all documents, I Called & Called & Called! I received a letter due to your failure to honor your commitment in making your mortgage loan. Saxon has given this action careful consideration we have initiated foreclosure proceeding, Saxon would not talk to me, I need a third party.

I payed Kramer & Kaslow $3500 Kramer & Kaslow are just as full of BS as Saxon. Almost a yr. Later Saxon said in a letter, do to excessive debt to income ratio we are unable to assist you! This is just a short version of the hole mass!
