Will Not Release Insurance Money

Bank of America has had our Insurance look for problems within the April & Might 2011 storms & used it to the mortgage cost therefore one-story moves. Someone else with BoA claims it is within an escrow account, while still another individual claims they do not possess a idea what I'm referring to. The check is $6356.23 which is for serious water damage indoors in addition to changing the top. We can not look for a business nearby that'll cope with Lender of America & do the repairs we require in advance using the "guarantee" from Lender of America that they can spend the companies. We're in bankruptcy & BoA is maintaining our check based on one individual since we're over 60 times in debts. I thought we were guarded by bankruptcy regulations so long as we adopted correct methods. I'm composing anybody and everybody about that scenario. Our mortgage contract claims that I should maintain the home in correct purchase & all repairs held up. I can't do this when the insurance check has been held hostage. I would include that there's form just starting to develop in the water damage and we're having extra problems because of rains because the unique state was created. It seems in my experience that Lender of America is all over again to blame & not following methods. Can somebody please enable me?
