Has advertised falsely. To say the least

First National Credit has mailed a preapproved credit application to me, requesting a payment of $37 when I mailed the application back.

This was done on 11/15/01 and I have not heard from them. The check was cashed. I want my money refunded and their false advertisement stopped.
