Ripoff, posting payments late to charge extra fees

I sent my payment on Jan 13th and Emerge did not post it until Feb 5th making me occur more late fees. I also received this months statement on Feb 25th when it is due on the 29th of Feb. How can they post anything on Feb 29th when it's a Sunday? Expect more late fees. I called the customer service center only to talk to a person barely speaking english and was no help. Said they could not transfer me to supervisor when I asked because they were not in today. How do you run a customer call center with no supervisor?
