I got a termination fee of $295 and growing

A salesman arrived in my own shop oneday in September and stated I really could check out his charge card processing organization. Stated their prices were cheaper than BAC and that I must simply sigh-up also it costs nothing, no risk. Well they called again and programed my card running device Oct 1st 930am 2007. To begin their running my cards. Nicely on July 7th I acquired a fee for Sept after I was with another organization BAC. Obviously there have been no dealings, so that they charged me $35.00. I named them back and stated they created an error, plus they could not care less. And so I ended that evening, after seven days, and that I got a firing charge of $295 and developing. Won't ever spend and want to become involved with a-class action suit...
