Apt Broke Into

I reported a break in on May 8th. I reported it to the police and to the office where i live and to this insurance. I was called by Ron Umali a day or two later. Now i could not fully understand him so when i asked him to repeat himself i could tell that he was getting upset with me. I provided everything he asked for right away. Since then he has been short and mean with me. Telling me not to call him that i am stopping him from doing his job. He told me that this matter will be done in 2 to 3 weeks. Now a mouth later he called and said that someone will get in touch with me and would not give me anymore info. When i tried to talk to him again he was short and mean with me. I tried a few times to call someone else but no one would return my calls. What am i to do?
