Failed to live up to contract

EJS Providers initially approached me by email. I subsequently talked to some consultant in December. IThey guaranteed to assist me negotiate four charge cards. I closed a deal and also the proceeded to withhold an overall total of $8280 from my bank account to stay the four charge cards. They never approached among my lenders for that time-up to May. I resolved three of the four charge cards myself. Throughout that time period I adopted there guidance and was harassed by lenders the entire period due to inaction on the component. The next lender and that I decided that I'd spend $51.00 monthly for just one year then I'd proceed with funds at their rate of interest. Right after the consideration was offered to Resurgent Money, who I attempted to get hold of repeatedly for over annually. Lastly they approached EJS and agreed to be satisfied with 40% or $1950.00. EJS required a complete of $8280.00 from me Billed me $5,187.40 in costs and allegedly owes me $1,142.60 that they guaranteed to reimbursement within 10 times, back on 5/25. They've didn't achieve this. Is there any appropriate motion I will consider.
