Bad Experience

It is dishonest company and they are out there to lie and rip-off, we got a sales rep. Show up and wanted us to hire their services as they are local company and can save us money compared to other service we had. We changed and actually our monthly fees went up by 30% so we have to switch back, they charged our account twice for cancellation fee, when called and checked they say we canceled with in grace period so thats the fee is for. As a matter of fact our sales rep. Never mentioned any such fees. Their customer service says, grace period is 30 days, we canceled after 60 days but to them it is still in grace period.
