Won't let me transact

Im a charterone / people bank client from 2003. I have significantly more than 80k in remains in a variety of balances within the same bank. Im from Ontario Canada and employed in US. I visited People department in 1000 Portage road, Niagara falls to withdraw 6000 Dollors. The bank supervisor requested for my identification and that I supplied my driving permit. He explained he cant I would like to do the transaction as my identification is just a Canadian Driving Permit. He demand easily may bring Passport he then may I would like to do the deal. And so I returned to my vehicle and introduced my passport back. He verfied everything-including SSN and filled-up the withdrawal slide by herself. But he then explained he dont experience providing me the total amount and give back my files and also the withdrawal slide loaded by him. I requested is there something incorrect and he responded me he dont need to provide me-any cause, I had been really annoyed also got concerned when I believed one thing wrong with this specific account. Also i told him I want the reason as my direct-deposit also likely to this account. He again informed he don't need to provide me-any reason and that I cant withdraw. I did so several deal during that department formerly. But I visited another department that will be about 5 kilometers from there and that I was handed my quantity with no concerns whatsoever. Personally I think so much upset over this event and most importantly im not really in a position to protest concerning the things occur in the department to anybody in Citizens Bank. I considered to keep in touch with the Supervisor for that department but i discover he's the Financial Institution Supervisor. His title is Joe Filipski Part Manager (NYR178) Additionally the Ids i supplied would be the one i offered at that time of starting the consideration.
