Indonesia "commission" scam

We're an net retail organization in California. We were cheated with a "Mr Renata" who stated he was a customer in Japan assisting expatriate Americans purchase products. He purchased almost $3000 USD value of products and requested that people "put in a $600 USD fee" and cost it towards the charge card he gave us. The title about the card was "Timithy T. Hendrix".

The purchase experienced good and also the card was authorized.

I acknowledged this just as one fraud when specifics began looking iffy and he had been elusive via mail and not providing people contact telephone numbers. The financial institution info he offered us to insert him his "fee" quantity is below (we never finished the deal and returned the card)
