Recurring contacts for invalid account (I never had account with supposed Creditor)

This company has contacted me on more than one occasion about an account I have never had. Each time I respond to this claim, I tell the agent that I have never had an account with Chase Bank! They contact me via mail about every 2-3 months. I call the office and usually get busy signals.

I have talked with an agent, I believe his name was Rosenberg (sp?), previously in December of last year, informed him that this was not a valid account and that I would consider further contact about this matter as harrassment. He became verbally hostile and threatened to contact me every day about this matter. I told him that I would report that behavior to the police as harrassment.

I didn't hear from them for about 3 months and now the cycle is continuuing over again. I called and talked to a Robert West. He said that it didn't matter what I said, he had an affidavit from another ageny (recovery something or other), and I had to prove that it was not my debt. This is very frustrating as they get on my credit history and I have a devil of a time getting it off for an account I have never had with Chase Bank.

I am in the process of writing to Chase Bank hoping to get these pariahs off my back about this bogus claim.
