Telling me i owe them money

Somebody called WALTER JONES keeps calling me out of this organization and saying I'll be prosecuted easily dont spend my mortgage!!! The only real LOAN that I've is my mortgage!!! I keep showing him that I understand he is attempting to con me and that I do not provide him any data but he claims he understands my ss# please consider this when I have a sense lots of people could pay him and become out-of cash they do not have!!!
