Ripoff, Dishonst, Charging late fees for payments that are not late

Litton loans has been charging me late payments since July 02. They say I made a late payment in June 02. They did not report it to the credit bureau or notify me of a late payment. I have all the bank statements to prove that I was never late.

They have also posted my account after they they have cashed my checks. This abuse is against the law and is down right illegal and needs to be stopped.

I send extra money on my account for my principal and they are taking it and appying to their own greed.

I contacted them about this and they keep saying they will fix this problem. They have down nothing but rip me off, my hard earned money so they can gain a profit.

If they are doing this to me how many others out there are being taken. These people are real scum of the earth and need to be stopped.
