This little is the king of "loan to own." He, along with his mob attorney in Chicago craft documents that are so convoluted nobody can understand them. He essentially makes a loan at usurious rates, and with hidden clauses forecloses on the property some 90 days later. Not kidding here. This guy should be in federal prison.
