Lied to - Misled Wasted Hours for Nothing

Quoted 3 times for homes, quote for several properties. 4 hours calls Finally agreed to sign up, phoned back to accept. Then had to requalify with Mr. Attitude who's only words were just a couple of more minutes, and I'm sorry. He blamed incompitance of all other agents and conscrewed words to manage a denial of coverage. Three other agents had no problem with application. I have had insurnace on all properties for 23 years with out ever a claim. Never will I use RBC. They are liar's' and miss represent product. The complaint department was a wash when they phoned back the next day, they placed this agent so high on a pole he was untouchable. Thank you for waisting my time.
