Breach of Contract

We settled GSA Fast-Track, possessed by Russell Abravanel, aka Rustic Designs (Presently working in FL as Rustic Designs, LLC) to accomplish a GSA Schedule software. He never sent on his end-of the contract. He got our cash and went. Their site and e-mail are "temporarily unavailable" and all his telephone numbers are disconnected. I've noticed he did this to 79 companies for everywhere from $7,500 - $10,000 each. When you have any transactions with this specific convicted felon (Insurance Scam - Ventura, CA) I would recommend stopping these transactions before cash changes hands. He's a routine of integrating companies all around the nation and folding them following a short-period of time.

I Would have an interest to understand if he or his organization GSA Fast-Track actually sent a finished routine to anybody. Or even appears like he never meant to work business, but instead he established it-up to be always a fraud right from the start. If that's the situation he ought to be punished for legal action, not only susceptible to grievances below with the FL BBB.
