Cant get a person on the phone to resolve

I've been a Mikeis Learn card for more than 5 years. I've never had an difficulties with stability or funds.

The final 4 costs to my card have already been refused. I acquired one-call stating to contact protection to examine costs.

I've invested more than 45 units about the telephone, calling thru the robo-call procedure to make the journey to a call-center within the philliapines to subsequently get stop three times being used in someplace...

Our questions:

Exactly Why Is every cost kept ie rejected til I evaluate/explain? Why possess the card within the first-place?

There must be an immediate call quantity to contact and TALK TO AN INDIVIDUAL to solve.

REALLY annoying to become stop after 20 minute of robo-call plan THREE TIMES but still not need solved.
