Horrendous Customer Service

You might assume atleast the department supervisor to become an honest businessman who not keep data from his/her "appreciated" clients. Upon joining BBVA Compass, I had been guaranteed a signing motivation that we hadn't obtained. Upon further analysis, I had been informed I no further certified and wouldn't be shipped the stated bonuses.

No free money. Good. Our main criticism is just how long they put me along to maintain my bill available before ultimately informing me they'd not be fulfilling the offer guaranteed - weeks. Actually, weeks.

Besides the problem that I can't confidence this lender, a number of other issues sprang up. Oneday they'd not I would like to cash my check (yes, OUR lender wouldn't I would like to cash OUR check) requiring I really could just deposit it to become kept for 24 hours before I really could get access to it. Money costs on gasoline, goods... Anything... Get often TIMES to publish.

Easily had any good feedback, I'd contain it aswell. Sadly, I've been provided no cause to depart such feedback.

Shut my records and certainly will never provide them with my company again.
