Policy has loopholes that will cost you more than you expect!

We bought our house 3 months ago and the AC compressor just went out. Called Fidelity National Home Warranty and they said we had to pay an extra $120 to get the AC cleaned before they would repair it. Total bill: $125. We were under the impression that repairs would cost $55.
I do not recommend this company. Their policy has loopholes that will cost you 3x more than you expect!
On top of it all, the customer service rep had an attitude. Would have helped if she would have shown a little empathy. Probably calloused because of all the complaints.
