Okay so I know what I am about to write here is defiantly repedative but I still need to put in my two cents because these people at this company need to be shut down &/or have a lawsuite filed agains

Ok so I started getting these calls from what I thought was an attorney's office being threatened with bad check &/or larceney charges froma 3 yr old pay day loan which I paid off 3 yrs ago when I was in a bad way finacially! Let me be 100% clear here, Rosenthal, Stein & Associates are not at all an attorney's office! They are a lowely collection firm & their "agent's" are paid a maximum of $10/hr! So I was not the only one getting calls about this paid off debt, oh no, my parents house, my GRANDPARENTS house! My Ex-wifes house, My ex-wife's parents house! My sisters house, My little brothers CELL PHONE! How did they get my brothers CELL PHONE NUMBER!?!? SERIOUSLY I want to know!?!?

That is not all either my neighbors & a few other family members also! Seriously? So obviously these people are relentless & completely non-compasionate! They are non-compasionate because having your family getting calls froma collection agency is REALLY embarrasing right? Even if there is not any debt to speak of. So I have read most of these reports about Rosenthal, Stein & Assoc & they are all the same pretty much & mine is no different but I HAD to get my story out there as well! Thats just me.:) So before I had a chance to explain this to my grandmother she almost went ahead & tried to pay it but she called me first, THANK GOD right, because it's not like it is just a few bucks, They are saying $1800.00!!! Yeah right!!! You can only get frigging $1000 max from a pay day loan & mine was only $400 or so, (I can't really remember because I lost the paperwork in a fire @ my office) Can you believe the nerve of these SOB's?

I now have my attorney's dealing with these people & they have since stopped calling EVERYBODY all at once! Such a relief! They were threatening me, of course just like everybody they deal with, with bad check charges &/or larceney charges! I can completely understand how this would scare anybody at all but I know the law VERY well (criminal justice major) and I know that there are no grounds to charge me with any charges at all, even if I did have this debt for this long, which I absolutely do not! This is how they get paid off so quickly & how they make a LOT of money's because they charge SO much interest (Rosenthal, Stein & Associates I mean) $400 to $1800?? Yeah like I am going to pay that!?!?! Yeah right! Seriously? The crack that they are smoking is seriously messing up their heads! Haha! So people PLEASE DO NOT pay Rosenthal, Stein & Associates any money's at all at least until you consult with your attorney! They are seriously ripping you off big time! Also even when you do pay them they will not remove this from your credit report & you will be forced to get it removed yourself. Not an easy thing to do by the way! I am also talking to my attorney's to figure out if it is fesable to file a law suite! I want these people OUT OF BUSINESS!!! Ok well that is all for now! Thank you.
