Poor customer service

Our mortgage was recently offered to ACS Education Providers. Last month they delivered me a notice informing me that I'd be obtaining a statement from their store, but I never did. I'd no-account number, spot to deliver my cost or cost sum and so I waited per month convinced that my statement might come, but just obtained another notice informing me they chose to combine my figuratively speaking. There is no-account number, room to deliver my cost or cost sum and so I chose to attempt to register and login to pay for my today 2 month overdue statement. I really couldnot login and so I called the organization. The very first thing the automatic telephone requested for was a merchant account number. It resolved for my social protection amount but would not I'd like to proceed any more since it stated that my telephone number was incorrect. I had been caught with this environment permanently till I had been ultimately moved to a genuine individual. This individual was excessively rude, unhelpful and hardly talked any Language. We contended for atleast fifteen minutes since he desired me to amazingly you know what figures they had for me personally. He explained that my address was incorrect despite the fact that the organization had shipped me their characters to my current target. He needed me to pay for my 2 month overdue statement at that moment within the phone by having an extra cost for spending within the telephone. I declined to complete it and also the guy was even ruder. He explained that I really could spend online that my bill info was now okay. After half an hour of coping with this rude worker, I had been ready to login and spend my statement. The corporation is terrible. I'm presently studying just how to move my student loan to some greater organization.
