Fifth-Third dropped a $5,000 check. It went into my consideration and also the following day after I examined online it had been eliminated. I returned towards the department where I'd deposited the verify (Oak Park Illinois) plus they had simply no report of the check actually being transferred. Not electronically, not within their record, not everywhere. The only real report, per the financial institution supervisor, was the bill in my own palm, and undoubtedly the cash removed from Pursuit. The handling of the issue from the customer support viewpoint was rude and unprofessional.
