We cancelled our policy and they said we would get our premiums back we are still waiting to get them back it has been 2 months and our agent seems to not be able to get the money in a timely manner w

We applied for disability insurance we were told that if we wanted to cancel at any time we could we realized it was costly so we cancelled before our insurance took affect we were told our money would be mailed asap that was march we received some money not even the correct amount that we paid on that money they refunded the company then went into my personal checking and withdrew the same amount they refunded we never autherized anyone into my account I checked with my bank and they said they used my personal information off of my check. We never told them they could do that, we have been on the phone several times with our agent and he just cant seem to get all of our money back it has been 2 months we got some money not all. Also we had to put a stop payment on our account so they would stop going into them it has been a nightmare and a lot of expence and waste of time so beware of this company
