On 3/7 we paid the balance in full, of 1,933.33 and was not due until 3/16. One month later we received a bill for $12.02 based on interest charged. I called Juniper on 3/26 as thought it was taken care of. The following month received a bill for $26.04 and was assessed a late fee. Now they state we owe $54.08 by the 16th of June and am being told that if received by that date no interest will accrue.

How's this any different from when I paid in full in the past? I have paid off many credit cards in my life and never had this happen and if so was quickly resolved with a phone call. I have spent hours on the phone talking to outsourced customer reps that are hard to understand and rude. I had them close my account. I advise the same of all other customers.
