First primier credit card you pay 200 dollars to open your account and they give you 24 dollars credit at 21% interest

I tryed to cancel my credit card after they carged my card over $40 annuall fee at 21%. This is when I found out they were not refunding me my secure card fee of $200. I strongly urge people not to get involved with this company. I do not use the card and they still charge me $7 a month at 21% interest
