BofA bought my mortgage this past year in the original bank. The initial bank plainly mentioned about the financing files, "NO FLOOD INSURANCE REQUIRED" but obviously 12 months later n/BofA I'm in a ton area and flood insurance is required! They need me to employ the surveyor, contact fema to help make the dedication, then deliver the determination back again to them. Nicely BofA ought to know really well that FEMA requires 30-60 times to reaction back but BofA has explained that I've 45 times to obtain covered or they'll instantly CONSIDER THE CASH in the escrow account AND FORCE ME TO OBTAIN FLOOD INSURANCE ALTHOUGH THEM!
