Do not use is what i would tell everyone

I am highly upset that nobody could tell me the truth about the information given to me. I was told that nobody had talked to me when i have been making calls since 05/04. I was told I would get a refund due tot the fact the money came out a day earlier then what I told the man. Oh and he told them I gave the go ahead on the 4th which i didnt do. My family is out of 120.00 had bills bounce because you person did not follow through with his end and the only email I received since i had talk to him was the email you were taking out the money. So do you enjoy taking peoples money and not standing by your word? I was told when I got the email (that i never got) and needed to change anything i could call before the 5th. But since I never received that email you took the money and tell me you cant refund the money really??? You dont have an account to refund money for your clients? I got my credit report and score for free from all three reporting agencies and you going to charge 60.00!!! I will make sure everyone knows not to use you. Word of mouth travels very fast
