Charged overdraft

I moved from California to Illinois and unearthed that there have been no Washington Mutual limbs within this condition. Since I have had some cash in my own WaMu bank account, I needed to shut it out and obtain my stability. To begin with, the financial institution employees informed me that I'd need to get into a department (over 2000 kilometers from me) to shut my bill. That is ridiculous. And so I determined simply to create a check to myself for that stability of my bill from my online checking. Although out buying that same-day, I recognized that I really could likely have simply have removed the cash from an ATM. I thought I Would offer it a go, because I thought when the check had been already documented, they'd merely decrease the ATM deal. If it experienced, I Would stop the check online. Well, I had been ready to withdraw the money, however WaMu charged me for an 'facility' because of the unique check I'd created, but I never cashed the check. Because the check hadn't been banked, there is nothing to protect. I actually told them I'd return the us-cashed check for them. They declined, declaring I'd to cover an overdraft. Our factors: 1) When The check was never banked, there is no facility to protect. 2) When The check have been 'included', then there must have been no stability readily available for me to withdraw from an ATM.
