POOR customer service/scam

Our Ex and that I were requiring a fast and simple method to negotiate on an automobile that people had bought. After reading concerning the Squareup.com product-we believed that It'd be worth looking at since we had a need to make use of a charge card to help make the deal between us.

I originally sent the folks at squareup.com to describe the problem for them, at length, when I was conscious that there's a hang on payouts over $1,000. Our request was answered to rapidly and readily to improve my payment so long as I swiped the card with my Rectangular audience.

Two days later I obtained a contact in the Rectangular danger division requesting information on the deal since I have was an initial time person. I loved they were performing their research to safeguard the organization along with other customers, and so I described the problem again and called back again to my prior request which led to my payment position being multiplied. Your complete assistance was provided along side my own quantity for contact if required.

Twenty four hours later I'd seen nothing back. I delivered another mail towards the Rectangular aid tackle, again talking about the problem and requesting of an update.

Another a day later (Today four times following the unique deal) I'd not obtained an answer, Another e-mail was delivered again requesting some position update.

It's now been 5 times because the unique deal, 4 times since Blockis request, and that I have delivered six (6) communications for them and also have yet to get just one response.

They provide No additional way of reconciliation on the site. At this time I believe I'll need to interact the charge card organization to prevent the deal and do any reporting against Squareup that's required.
