Harassing Phone Calls

My wife is a co-signer of an auto-loan now owned by Allied Financial. The primary signer of the loan was 5 days late, one year ago, now every month, 10 days before the due date we get at least one phone call every hour, from 4pm through to about 8pm. This happens no matter whether we actually speak to someone or not. Even if my wife speaks to someone, they simply remind her that payment is due in x days, then hang up. Then we get another call an hour later, with the same message. This is not an account that has been sent to collection. It was one late, not missed, payment. After the due date, the calls stop until 10 days before the next payment. We are not even the owner of the car, nor the ones who make the payments! This is harassment.
