Not Posting Payments on Time

They're publishing payments made through my banks months once they are becoming the cost. Today, they're waiting until following the deadline to publish them-and are getting late fees. The handful of funds I created straight through their website (ezcardinfo.com) were acknowledged immediately. This really is exceptionally annoying after Iam doing anything to maintain my credit rating up. Does anybody know who I will protest to about this and also have Public Savings correct this? I've evidence of my funds through my lender.
