Charging money after paying off card

We reduced our card in July, 2o1o. 2 weeks later they call stating we're 60-days in selections for $3.43. That is correct... 3 bucks and 43 dollars. Then they noted towards the three-credit companies that people had 2,30-time overdue selections. I went balistic. They decreased the $3.43 once they recognized they included interest costs directly after we reduced the card to some ZERO stability, however they wouldn't contact the credit companies and correct the delinquient info. They're horrible for carrying this out to us. We've had no late payments on something... Actually plus they have attached people with this specific fake wrong reporting towards the 3 credit companies. I've submitted grievances however they won't raise their silly error. We got rejected for credit in a gasoline organization for just one of our rental houses due to Homedepotis error.

I really hope this can help another person which quickly this mess gets fixed. We ought to not need to put on with this particular.
