Bait and switch

Don't waste your time with these guys, they play the classic game of bait and switch.

They offered me a lower rate but said that the exact rate will be decided when the credit is pulled and when my score came out to be excellent they offered me a rate which is about a point above the going market rate.
Second they told me that there's no PMI when I asked for the details it turns out that there's a PMI but its not monthly its lump-sum.
I realized that there's no point in continuing to talk to these people... Save your time and energy.
