Ripoff, Deceptive Practices, Bait and Switch

I called Liberty Funding and spoke with a loan officer there. I was in the process of refinancing my mortgage and saw an incredible rate on the net.

When I called them they told me that they would not be able to lock the rate until I sent in a complete application. I filled one out that day got it back that day. The said that I was locked.

I got a call the next day and they told me that their system could not lock the rate and that the rates were. 25% higher that day.

If this isn't bait and switch, there is no such thing.
Buyer Beware!!! If it sounds too go to be true, it usually is!
