I signed up for a Debt Management Plan with Household Creditcounseling Company in 2004. Family Credit Counseling Company decided to spend my lenders in a reasonable fashion. FCCC withdraw funds twice out-of my bank account 6 months in AROW, they didn't dispurse funds to my collectors 7 weeks. Lately National Debt Counseling Company overran the customers underneath the FCCC plan. I posted a cost to FCCC on 10/14 and also the resources were said to be submitted to National Debt Counseling Company plus they weren't. I'm today outofpocket about $3,000 and also the new organization National Debt Counseling Company is declaring it's not their issue. FCCC has taken the resources and that's illegal. Customers must be repaid for that resources which were never disbanded. All of the contact numbers for FCCC have now been disconnected or never any solutions. How do I get my money-back?
