I have a credit card when i was single and that time i have my worked. And when i got married and transfered to other places i informed them my new name and address. Unfortunately, i don't have any billing statement received from them. And comes this March 7 i received a letter and they called me that i need to pay the amount of P128,000 pesos but they said they have option how to settled it. And they told me it must be going down the amount in P31,000 pesos. He told me to pay it within 3 months only. How can i payed it i don't have worked right now and my husband is only the one who worked us and i have 2 kids to support them. And i know that is my obligation to pay it, but i ask them if i can pay them monthly amounting P2,000 they told me they never agreed on that. I should pay the amount that they want. And one time the messenger came to my house and i'm not there, my younger daughter is there and the messenger called to his boss and ask to talk to my daughter, their boss told to my 11 yrs old daughter, if i cannot pay my obligation they send a people to get any things in my house, it is right to tell that some rude words to a minor? They pursuing me to pay on the spot the amount how can i pay it the crisis is not good right now. But i know i'm obligation, i'm only asking them to pay it in what i can.
