Love, Beal, & Nixon should be shut down and the employees should be punished! In 2009 I was served with papers from the complany telling me that I was being sued by another credit collection agency called Arrow Financial. The origianal debt (according to my credit report) was incurred in December. The original company had been paid close to ten thousand dollars and my credit report named this debt as "charged off".

I was never given any proof of the debt, or anything along those lines. I was threatened and harrassed and not given all of the information I needed in order to do the correct action. This company has been cited on several occassions for incorrect credit practices. I have now been charged and had my government check garnished for more than three times the origianal debt.

I tried to call and get information from the company in a nice and respectful way, only to receive attitude and disrespect from the person on the other end of the phone. This company has caused several financial strains and issues in my little family. If I had the power I would have this company closed, barred from re-opening, and giving legal penalities (all the way to jail time). They disgust me!!!
